Shipping Policy

Our shipments are made via national and international DHL. When placing the order, you will be able to follow the order  through  _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5 provided tracking.
If there is any defect, please contact us via email and attach photos of the defect so that we can analyze and indicate the procedures to follow.
As indicated in the caption of all items, we do not accept exchanges or returns of personalized items, as they have the initials of your name, it becomes um  product   non- transferable .

2. SHIPPING AND RETURNS

 

2.1 Shipping

 

We only ship to European Union countries. Orders are sent via CTT (Correios de Portugal), by registered mail, or DHL so that it is possible to locate the same during shipment. Shipping costs vary according to the receiving country.

 

 

Although we use all available means to ensure that your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.

 

International orders may be subject to customs duties for which we are not responsible.

 

In case of unsuccessful delivery or return of the same, the customer is responsible for the costs of a new shipment.

 

2.2 Payment Methods

 

The prices shown on this website include VAT at the rate in force and are valid for the time the purchase was made. Shipping costs, which will be added at checkout, are not included.

 

Companhia das Cestas reserves the right to adjust, at any time, its prices, promotions, articles and features. Prices that are reduced during sales and promotions will only be valid for the period indicated.

 

Companhia das Cetas offers you the following payment methods:

All transactions in our online store are protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). This encryption process ensures the security of all transactions, making it impossible to decode your personal data.

 

As indicated in the payment menu at checkout, no other means of payment are accepted.

 

The customer must pay only the exact amount specified in the confirmation of each order, and must do so using only the payment methods described above. Otherwise, if the Customer tries to use another payment method not foreseen, Companhia das Cestas cannot be held responsible for the loss of payment or for any other damages that may arise therefrom.

 

 

 

2.3 Confirmation or Cancellation

 

After making the purchase, the Customer will receive an automatic e-mail confirming the transaction that must be printed or saved for future reference. 

 

Your order will only be processed after confirmation of payment. In case of non-payment or non-compliance or non-confirmation of these General Conditions, Companhia das Cetas reserves the right not to accept the customer's order, or to cancel it, even after automatic confirmation of the same.

 

Companhia das Cetas reserves the right not to confirm and/or proceed with the delivery of the products of the order placed by the Customer, regardless of the reason and exempt from liability for any damages or costs, if: 

 

– any unforeseeable event or change in current circumstances arises that may affect production, transport and related costs, or that cause abnormal rises in raw material prices;

 

– if, for some reason, it is impossible to collect and receive the respective payment;

 

– if the ordered products are no longer available; 

 

– if the order has been placed with errors in the essential data for the delivery of the order;

 

– if the order is flagged by the website's security systems as an incorrect, irregular and/or considered fraud order.

 

In any of the aforementioned cases, Companhia das Cetas will inform the Customer by e-mail about such situation of impossibility of confirming the sale and about the consequent cancellation of the order, returning the amount paid for the items.

 

2.4 Delivery

 

 

 

All orders are sent via CTT (Correios de Portugal), by registered mail or via DHL so that it is possible to locate it during shipment. Shipping costs vary according to the receiving country.

 

Delivery times

 

 

The delivery time for orders is 3 to 5 working days for most orders. For customized items, production time is 8 to 10 business days. Delivery times may be a little longer during festive periods and during the summer. 

 

In the event of a delay due to force majeure, Companhia das Cetas undertakes to inform the Customer and make its best efforts to resolve the situation quickly.

 

2.6 Exchanges/Returns/Complaints

 

In accordance with the legislation in force, in the event of a lack of conformity of the good with the contract, the consumer is entitled to have it replaced free of charge, by means of repair or replacement, an appropriate reduction in the price or termination of the contract. The consumer must report the lack of conformity within a maximum period of 14 days after its detection and can exercise the rights described when the lack of conformity manifests itself within a period of up to two years after delivery of the good.

 

The Customer may freely terminate the contract for the purchase and sale of the products, without having to pay any compensation and without the need to invoke any reason, within 14 days after physical possession of the goods. You will be reimbursed for the amount paid for the ordered products, and the costs of returning them must be borne by the Customer. There are no exchanges or returns of personalized items.

In any case, returns will only be accepted for items that are without any trace of use/alteration, in perfect original condition and accompanied by all the accessories that make them up. It is up to the Customer to properly package the items to be returned.
